Maybe this explains Selena Gomez's "Cry Me A River" cover.

When the 20-year-old actress/singer swung by David Letterman's "Late Show" on Monday, she bonded with the late night host over causing her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, to shed some tears.

"The last time [Bieber] was on, he and I got into a conversation, and he said something, and I said something, and then he said something, and then I said something, and I made him cry," Letterman told Gomez.

She laughed and replied, "Well, then, that makes two of us."

As you can probably tell from her response, Gomez confirmed that she's no longer seeing the 19-year-old pop star, something that was still in question around the start of the year.

Matter of fact, she's not dating anyone at all, the "Spring Breakers" star told Letterman.

"No, I'm single," Gomez said. "I'm so good."
