'Real Housewife' Maloof separating from husband?

Could another breakup be on the horizon for the "Real Housewives" franchise?
According to reports from RadarOnline and TMZ, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Adrienne Maloof and her husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, are preparing to separate.
TMZ reports that it's Dr. Nassif who's planning to file for legal separation this week, and that Maloof is aware of it. CNN's reached out to reps for the reality stars for comment.
Maloof and her plastic surgeon husband married in 2002 and have three young sons together: a set of twins, Christian and Colin, and Gavin.
It is not yet known whether the alleged split is a trial separation or whether the couple have made a move toward divorce.
