NEW ORLEANS - Robin Roberts, Good Morning America anchor, returned to her New Orleans home for the first time since her bone marrow transplant last September, according to a Friday report .
ABC News reported that when Roberts stepped off the plane, students from Southeastern Louisiana University, where she also attended school, greeted her.
Roberts headed back home with her co-anchors Josh Elliot and Sam Champion who hosted “Good Morning America Super Tailgate Party” on Friday in New Orleans, according to the report.
