After trying times in London, Justin Bieber's reportedly pulled out of a concert stop in Portugal.

MTV reports that the 19-year-old, who had health trouble during a London show last week, had to cancel his March 12 show in the country.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second operation, in Portugal, on [March 12]," a translation of a statement posted by the concert promoter, Everything is New, says. It adds that "the Canadian singer is eager to play for the Portuguese fans on March 11."

CNN has reached out to Bieber's team for comment. Thus far, the singer hasn't mentioned anything on his Twitter account about the reports.

The reportedly reshuffled show is the latest in a string of frustrating incidents for the pop star and his fans. The trend seemed to kick off with Bieber's 19th birthday on March 1, which he characterized as "the worst."

Then, on March 4, Bieber faced the wrath of angry fans and their parents when he showed up late for a concert at London's O2 arena. Although Bieber tweeted that he was 40 minutes late, others said the singer was tardy by close to two hours.

Although he survived that backlash, Bieber wound up in the hospital after a show on March 7 because he became "woozy" during another performance. Matters grew worse when Bieber got into an expletive-filled confrontation with a photographer on Friday, March 8.

"Ahhhhh! Rough morning," Bieber posted on Twitter that day. "Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me ... Sometimes when people r shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling the worst thing possible at u ... well I'm human. Rough week. Not gonna let them get the best of me again."

The teen star went on to perform his final show in London on Friday night, and, by the looks of things, is recovering from his rollercoaster ride of a week with a pep talk from Will Smith.

"[T]oo many blessings to allow the stress in. the press made things look nuts but really I have enjoyed London. The fans are incredible ... so while I have seen some crazy stuff it is all smiles. Im gonna get some rest and keep doing what i love," Bieber tweeted over the weekend. "[L]ove to big man Will Smith for the great talk yesterday. We know the truth and we must stand tall. Love u man! thanks!"
