PHOENIX - Sheryl Crow is reportedly keeping quiet about Lance Armstrong and anything she might know about his doping, according to a Tuesday report .

TMZ.com reported that Crow was in Hollywood Monday night, but she went out of her way to steer clear from the media on her way to her car. She reportedly covered her face and didn’t reply when asked about Armstrong.

According to the report, Crow could have some key information about Armstrong and his doping since she was engaged to the bicyclist for some time during the years he cheated.

However, TMZ reported that Crow opened up about her stance on honesty to Entertainment Tonight when she reportedly said, “I think that honesty is always the best bet, and that the truth will set you free. It’s gotta be really hard to walk around knowing that you’re not telling the truth about something, so I always contend that the truth is the best way to go.”
