Lady Gaga to be in Phoenix for Born This Way Ball tour in January 2013

PHOENIX - Lady Gaga announced her Born This Way Ball tour will be coming to Phoenix in January.

If you don't miss out on purchasing your tickets, you may have to act fast. Shows from her last tour were sold out throughout the world.

The five-time Grammy Award winner will be making her way across the country, landing in Phoenix on Jan. 23 at the US Airways Center.

Lady Gaga's special tour guests will include Madeon and Lady Starlight.

The tour began in late April in Seoul, South Korea, but won't begin in North America until her Jan. 11 show in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Pollstar's 2012 Mid Year report ranked Born This Way Ball as the top grossing tour by any female artist worldwide this year, according to a news release.

"The Haus of Gaga and I have worked for months conceiving a spectacular stage," said Lady Gaga, or as her fans call her, Mother Monster. "The Born This Way Ball is an Electro-Metal Pop-Opera; the tale of the Beginning, the genesis of the Kingdom of Fame. How we were birthed and how we will die celebrating."

The tour is said to feature songs from her latest "Born This Way" album and songs from "The Fame" and "The Fame Monster."

Phoenix concert tickets go on sale Friday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. on LiveNation.com .

Citi card members will have the chance to get special presale tickets beginning Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. through their Private Pass Program .

Ticket prices will range from $54.25 to $179.75.
