Actress Kerry Washington, the star of ABC's "Scandal", was voted No. 1 for Vanity Fair’s International Best-Dressed list of 2013.
From her embroidered pink gown at the Oscars to her sheer studded ensemble at the Golden Globes, the actress has yet to disappoint.
It also doesn't come as a surprise to see Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, toward the top of the list.
The rest of the list is riddled with NBA star LeBron James, “Suit and Tie” singer Justin Timberlake, fashion icon Gisele Bundchen, and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham.
In royal fashion, Kate was not the only noble on the list. She was joined by Princess Letizia of Spain and blue-eyed Princess Madeleine of Sweden.
High-profile designers Tory Burch, Alice Temperley and more were also featured on the list.
