Us Weekly is reporting that Janet Jackson is engaged and planning a spring wedding.

A source reportedly told the magazine that 37-year-old Qatari billionaire Wissam Al Mana gave the singer a big, expensive ring earlier this year.

The twice-wed Jackson, 46, is reportedly ready to marry "her love of two years," the magazine says.

She wants children and if she can't have them, she'll adopt, the Jackson source says.

The Qatar wedding is expected to cost millions of dollars.
