Former “Biggest Loser” star Tara Costa is being sued for regaining the famous 155 pounds she lost on the show in 2009, according to TMZ .
FC Online Marketing filed an alleged lawsuit against Costa claiming that she broke the fitness promotional agreement by gaining back “far too much weight” to represent the brand.
FCOM reportedly paid Costa’s foundation $45,000 in exchange for her image but, due to her weight gain, she has lost all value to the company.
