Dave Mustaine of Megadeth: President Obama 'staged' shooting in Aurora, Colorado

The lead singer of Megadeth is making headlines for saying he believes President Barack Obama “staged” the movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colo., according to TMZ.

Dave Mustaine reportedly believes it happened last month to pass a gun ban.

He made these statements on stage during a Singapore performance last week, TMZ reported.

“Back in my country, my president … he’s trying to pass a gun ban, so he’s staging all of these murders, like the ‘Fast and Furious’ thing down at the border … Aurora, Colorado, all the people that were killed there … and now the beautiful people at the Sikh temple,” Mustaine was heard saying.

He also reportedly said the U.S. appears to be turning into “Nazi America.”
