Tom Ford is a dad at 51

Celebrated fashion designer-turned-film director TOM FORD has become a first-time father.
The 51 year old and his longtime partner, journalist Richard Buckley, welcomed a baby boy last month (Sep12).
The news was broken by editors at Love magazine via Twitter.com on Friday morning (05Oct12), and a more formal announcement has since been posted online, which reads: "Tom Ford and Richard Buckley are proud to announce the birth of their son Alexander John Buckley Ford... Born in Los Angeles... September 23rd, 2012".
No further details about the tot's birth was available as WENN went to press.
Ford and Buckley have been dating since 1986.
