Rapper NAS had to scrap plans to team up with new dad JAY-Z for a remix of his new single DAUGHTERS due to their busy schedules.
The I Can hitmaker raps about the mistakes he made raising his now-teenage kid Destiny on the track, and he reveals he wanted to record an all-star version of the touching tune with fellow fathers Eminem and Jay-Z, who welcomed his daughter Blue Ivy in January (12).
But Nas struggled to bring the song to fruition and he eventually had to give up on the idea.
He tells America's Vibe magazine, "I wanted Eminem for a remix for Daughters, but he had already expressed that he’s spoken so much about his daughter throughout his career that he had done that subject too much. And me and Jay-Z talked about doing some things, but our schedules were so crazy."
