Former ZOEY 101 star MATTHEW UNDERWOOD has been sentenced to probation on charges stemming from a raid on his Florida home earlier this year (12).
The actor was detained by cops at his house in Port St. Lucie in April (12) after they executed a search warrant and allegedly found him in possession of marijuana and with a 17-year-old girl in his bedroom.
The 22-year-old actor has now struck a deal with prosecutors and pleaded no contest to charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to TMZ.com.
The website reports Underwood has been sentenced to 12 months probation, and ordered to participate in a substance abuse evaluation and report to a victim impact panel. He also has to pay around $150 in court costs.
