MARK WAHLBERG and his fluffy TED sidekick will reunite onstage at the Oscars.
The movie star enjoyed comedy success in the film last summer (12) and now he's reteaming with Ted at the 2013 Academy Awards, which will be hosted by their director and voice of the foul-mouthed talking bear, Seth MacFarlane.
Announcing the news on Friday (01Feb13), Oscars producer Craig Zadan said, "We are happy to make it possible for Mark and Ted to make their debut appearance on the Oscar stage and we won't deny that Ted used his pull with our host to get himself the booking."
A statement from the teddy bear, released by the Academy, reads: "I'm excited to present an Oscar with Mark Wahlberg. I'm spending the next month learning to pronounce Quvenzhane."
Quvenzhane Wallis is nominated for her role in Beasts of the Southern Wild.
The Oscars is shaping up to be quite a show this year (13) - Adele and Barbra Streisand will perform, while Norah Jones will sing MacFarlane's Best Song nomination for Ted. The singer appeared as herself in the film.
