LADY GAGA was forced to halt a concert in Romania on Thursday night (16Aug12) so she could rush offstage to vomit.

The Paparazzi hitmaker was performing an outdoor show for fans in the Piata Constitutiei Square in Bucharest when she began to feel nauseous and she briefly disappeared from the stage to throw up.

When she returned to the spotlight, she told the crowd, "I went backstage and vomited, and I did not want you to see this... It happens to me sometimes."

The pop superstar then pressed on with her gig and continued her set, which included her chart smashes Poker Face, Judas and Born This Way, and she showed no signs of illness when she took to her Twitter.com blog on Friday morning (17Aug12).

She wrote, "off to VIENNA! I'm so excited. Romania was a beautiful 'little paris' and i can't wait for the next city!"

It's not the first time Gaga has confessed to vomiting mid-show - she suffered from food poisoning last year (11) and had to dash backstage during a big gig in London to throw up, while she also admitted that exhaustion had regularly caused her to feel ill while on the road.
