Kristen Stewart cut foot on broken glass

KRISTEN STEWART appeared on crutches at the Academy Awards on Sunday (24Feb13) because the actress cut her foot on broken glass just days before the ceremony.
The Twilight star was helped out of her limousine and then hobbled down the Oscars red carpet on crutches, leaving fans guessing about her mystery injury.
Now her make-up artist Beau Nelson has revealed Stewart was wearing just one Jimmy Choo high heel all night after slicing open her foot.
He tells People.com, "(Stewart) cut the ball of her foot, quite severely, on glass two days ago. (She's in) a little bit of pain."
