Katy Perry and John Mayer drop by California hospital

KATY PERRY and JOHN MAYER helped spread a little holiday cheer over the weekend (22Dec12) by visiting patients at a hospital in California.
The rumored couple spent quality time together over Christmas at the Wide Awake hitmaker's family home in Santa Barbara, and dropped by a local medical facility on behalf of the Dream Foundation, which fulfils the wishes of adults facing life-threatening illnesses.
An image of the pair, obtained by GossipCop.com, features Mayer wearing a Santa Claus hat, sitting at a table decorating cards, while Perry peers over his shoulder.
Perry's relatives also joined in the fun and it appears everyone had a good time - bosses at the Dream Foundation later took to their official Twitter.com account and wrote, "Gratitude to @KatyPerry @JohnMayer & Hudsons for rolling up their sleeves & serving our dream families. DreamTeam."
