Pop superstar JUSTIN BIEBER is overjoyed he's turned 18 because he can finally oversee his own finances rather than rely on an allowance from his mother.
The Baby hitmaker has made millions since he shot to fame in his mid-teens, but had never been in control of his money until he became an adult on 1 March (12).
Bieber admits he loves splashing out on "dirtbikes and motorcycles" but is still careful about what he spends.
He tells Britain's Fabulous magazine, "Everything's changed (since I turned 18). I don't have an allowance any more which is good. I don't have access to all my money but I have a bank account so I can get money out."
