A teenager who suffers from a rare genetic disorder has posted a tribute video to SELENA GOMEZ online to mark the star's visit to her hospital bedside in December (11).
Hana Hwang, who suffers from premature ageing condition Progeria, was thrilled when the Disney sensation turned up at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), where she was receiving treatment.
After the 13 year old was rendered speechless with shyness during her pop idol's visit, she decided to thank Gomez by uploading a special video message on YouTube.com.
In the post, she says of Gomez, "She's my hero, because she's a singer as well as an actress and she has been on both TV shows and movies."
After the video went viral, clocking up more than 1.5 million views, Gomez tweeted fans a picture of her and Hwang, along with the message, "This is my iwontgiveup photo. Hana is so beautiful and one of the most incredible people I've met. Love you."
