Green nursing back injury

CEE LO GREEN has been resting at home ahead of Sunday's (12Feb12) Grammy Awards after reportedly suffering a nasty back injury following his Super Bowl performance with MADONNA.
The singer took to the stage with the pop superstar at the big game last weekend (05Feb12) but is said to have slipped a disc in the days after the massive gig.
Green reportedly cancelled a number of planned appearances, including a pre-Grammy Awards party in Los Angeles on Thursday (09Feb12) to allow himself time to recover for the glitzy awards show, where he will compete for prizes including Best Pop Vocal Album for The Lady Killer.
A source tells New York Post gossip column Page Six the star visited his chiropractor and has been "on bed rest as much as possible".
