Emma Watson in talks to play Cinderella

HARRY POTTER star EMMA WATSON is set to embark on another magical adventure - she's in talks to star in a new CINDERELLA movie.
Irish actress Saoirse Ronan had previously been rumored to play the girl with the glass slippers, but now it appears Watson is keen to take on the title role in Kenneth Branagh's upcoming live-action film - and Cate Blanchett will play her evil stepmother, according to trade publication Variety.
Branagh was brought onboard the project following Mark Romanek's departure in January (13).
