Duff's dog recovering like a 'rock star'

Actress HILARY DUFF is breathing a sigh of relief after her beloved dog underwent successful brain surgery.
The pregnant star was snapped crying outside a veterinary clinic last December (11) as she waited for medics to complete a mystery procedure on her six-year-old Chihuahua Lola and now the former Lizzie McGuire star has taken to her Twitter.com account to alert fans of her pooch's improving condition.
Uploading a picture of the happy pup, she writes in a series of posts, "Lola was having terrible seizures. She had a shunt put in her (skull) to drain fluid off her brain and now is doing great... She is recovering like a rock star. So grateful."
