ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER is returning to his bodybuilding roots as the group executive editor for Muscle & Fitness and Flex magazines.
The former Mr. Olympia held the position before he became the Governor of California in 2003.
Arnie will offer up life lessons, advice and work-out tips in monthly columns he has been commissioned to write as part of his new post.
He has a long history with Muscle & Fitness and Flex - in 1968, when he was just 21, the movie icon was named the face of bodybuilding by the magazines' founder Joe Weider. He has since graced the cover of the two publications more than 60 times, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Schwarzenegger says, "It was in these magazines that I found the spark that inspired me to start lifting weights, and eventually move to America and realize my dreams. I'm proud to return as executive editor."
