On Saturday, April 27th, 2013, the Surprise Police Department will be participating in a nationwide "Prescription Drug Take Back Day."
Police are asking residents to properly dispose of their unused, unneeded and expired medicine.
The collection areas will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the following locations:
· Uptown Alley (parking lot) - 13525 North Litchfield Road, Surprise AZ.
· Sun City Grand Sonoran Plaza - 19753 North Remington Drive, Surprise AZ.
Collection sites in every local community can be found by going to DEA Website and clicking on the "Got Drugs?" icon. This site will be continuously updated with new take-back locations.
