All Arizona Public Service customers had their power restored by Monday evening after three powerful storms ripped through the metro area Thursday night.
At the height of the outage, 90,000 customers were without electricity and 147 poles were knocked down.
The official said the strongest recorded wind was 126 mph, which is equivalent to a category 3 hurricane.

The storm dropped nearly two inches of rain in just the downtown Phoenix area and caused dramatic damage in several neighborhoods.
National Weather Service meteorologist Leslie Wanek said Sky Harbor recorded peak winds of 75 mph, but radar indicated gusts of up to 100 mph in parts of the metro area.
The strongest gust was reported at 85 mph, recorded at 16th Street and Thomas Road just after 10 p.m., according to the weather service.
Hail reports ranged from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch coming from the Guadalupe area.
There were also reports of hail in Chandler, Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Sky Harbor picked up nearly an inch of rain during the storm.
