Qristyl Frazier, recent contestant of Project Runway Season 6 on the Bravo Channel, has her own plus sized fashion line creating trendy clothing for women up to sizes 24X.

Today Frazier shares five "plus sexy" tips for providing fun flattering fashions for women of all sizes.

1.  Wear The Proper Body Foundation
Frazier says buy and wear undergarments such as Spanx and one-piece full body foundation undergarments to give you smooth lines, so you're not jiggling around.

2. Buy The Right Size Clothes
According to Frazier one mistake plus-sexy women make is worrying about the size they are buying. She says a lot of designers cut their clothes smaller.  Frazier says wear the proper size, even if you have to buy a larger one.

3. Try Color
Frazier says don't be afraid of stepping out of the box. Try something different. Stay away from clothes that are loud or busy, but don't make color your nemesis. Try it. It's fun and sexy.

4. For The Love of Shoes
Frazier says during this economy buying the latest shoes isn't the best use of your money. "You bought new shoes last year," says Frazier. Frazier says take your old shoes and make them new again.  Take them to be repaired and get them cleaned up.

5. Be Confident...Ladies!
Frazier says no matter your size or shape, always feel good about your plus-sexy self.
When your clothes, shoes and confidence come together you will be fierce.

You can see Qristyl's designs along with other up and coming designers at Phoenix Fashion Week, which runs Oct. 1 - 3 at the Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale.
