I attended the grand opening and took time out of my work day to stand in line for 2 hours. I was very excited when I won a $100 fashion access pass. Since I had to get back to work, I went back over the weekend to use my pass. When I got to the register with my purchases, I was told by a manager that the fashion access pass was only valid on opening day. The pass does NOT indicate that it can only be used on opening day, nor did any of the employees mention this to everyone who got a pass. When I told the manager this, she was extremely rude and refused to honor the pass. I am thoroughly disappointed with their lack of customer service and would expect better from a new store coming to the valley. Did anyone else experience a similar situation?

AWESOME ad! How much does it cost to get an ad run as "news" on your station's Play-Nooz site? I'd like to advertise my business here, too.

I can say personally YES its true, not everyone living in Scottsdale can afford to shop at Neiman Marcus, Loehmans, Dillards, Macy's etc. But, going to Kmart is out of the question, bc none are nearby;>)

Don't you hate it when people point out a mistake and then make you guess what it is? Mistakes happen even to the most perfect among us. So why not offer a friendly word so it can be corrected? Anyway, the good news is that H&M is finally opening. (P.S. people, not everyone living in Scottsdale is loaded and it has a lot more to do with feeding our tourist economy.)

Why am I not surprised to see that there is a mistake in this story. I am not going to point it out but I would like to see some editing on the stories before they are published on the website.

H & M is a global retailer alright, all their product lines come from Red China, India, Thailand, and Viet Nam to name a few. Kohles does too. I dont care where they open up, but why did they choose Arizona coming from the east coast? Could they be part of the perks made on deals with Brewer and Red China's emmissaries that started at least back in January. China is continuing to invest strongly in here, buying up corporations, land and properties like a fire sale, I think I know why. I read online recently that in December there is a possiiblity America is going to sign on to an International Treaty as part of the "one world" plan George Bush, Sr. first brought to us years ago. The outcome is, we will change into "Global Status" because of "The International Treaty" that's just waiting for all countries to sign on to it, Obama, I understand, has pen in hand ready to go.

Scottsdale and affordable don't belong on the same sentence.
