Getting married? Follow these 7 tips for wedding day beauty

Every lady wants to look gorgeous on her wedding day. It is her fantasy to have the glow of bridal bliss.

He says these tips will help any bride look great on her wedding day:

-Pre-Wedding Day Parties: Eat healthy food at home so you aren't starving at the party. This will prevent you from eating too much of what is typically high calorie foods.

-Alcohol = Empty Calories. Limit your alcohol consumption or have a wine spritzer to dilute the alcohol. Wine Spritzer=2 parts white wine to one part sparkling mineral water.

-Feeling overwhelmed or stressed?? SWING A KETTLEBELL! Even just a few minutes will help--the rhythmic swing, tight grip on the handle and physical movement will help by both burning calories and releasing endorphins-the feel-good hormones!

-Enlist a friend to work out with you! With all the focus on the wedding, plans, etc…invite a friend/sibling/parent to join you in working out! It is a great break from all the "to-dos" and gives you some uninterrupted time to be with someone special you might not have had time for lately.

-Feed yourself throughout the day (every 2-3 hours) to keep energy up: eat a healthy breakfast within 1 hour of waking, mid-morning snack 2-3 hours later, lunch 2-3 hours later, light snack 2-3 hours late and dinner at least 3 hours before sleeping!

-Follow the "Food-Fist" Rule: Use the size of your fist as a guide for portion control. Don't eat portions that are bigger than the size of your fist! You're almost to that big day, so maintaining your fit, fabulous body by limiting intake is especially important.
