Stephanie is an SL viewer that was snagged from the Sonoran Living audience a few weeks ago! Stephanie was eager to be a model, she was ready for a change.
Hair:Stephanie really wanted a new direction. She had never colored her hair and for many years she had always gotten a different version of the same haircut, the length just went up to the shoulders and down past the shoulders.
She wears her hair pulled back in clips 24/7 (her beautiful curly locks remain pinned back because she does not know how to style them).
With this in mind
Michele Rene looked at her face shape and body to determine in what direction to go.
Michele played with the length and saw that if Stephanie's hair was too short it widened out Stephanie's upper body too much.
Michele left most of her length and chose many layers to create a new shape. Michele gave Stephanie fringe around the face which Stephanie hadn't had since she was little.
Michele gave Stephanie a cool red brown glaze over her hair and placed in tone on tone warm highlights to give dimension to her hair.
Stephanie will use curl cream and serum to give soft bounce to her curly hair. She will use a diffuser for the top and sides and a round brush to soften the fringe around her face.
It is really nice to combine textures especially for this fall season.
Makeup:Stephanie wear glasses and
Zethina wanted to teach her and other viewers how to apply their make up with their frames in mind.
Depending on the shape of the frames and the amplification of the lenses eye make-up can make or break your look! It is important to take all of these things in consideration when doing your make up.
Stephanie's eye glasses are rectangular and we can see most of her eye brows above them but the outer edge of the brows were getting lost behind the glasses.
Zethina used a brow color that had a little ash tone in it to match with her hair color perfectly and give a visual lift.
It is important to use the correct brush to apply brow color...Fuller brows need a softer angled natural haired brush and thinner brows need a smaller stiffer natural hair brush.
If you choose the wrong brush you can look to 'drawn' on or to messy.
Eye Shadow application is also important you need to take the shape of the frames into consideration.
If the frames appear in the crease area of the eye you would not want to wear a dark eye shadow crease color, it can make your eyes look dark and very deep set ultimately unflattering.
Try using a light reflective eye shadow too 'brighten' up your eyes.
If your prescription is a stronger one and your lenses magnify every little eyelash be sure not to over apply mascara and eye liner.
If you have transitions lenses be sure not to wear overly dark and smoky eye shadow, you might look tired and overly made up when your lenses darken in brighter light.
