The summer monsoon can make your hair feel out of control.

But you can tame those tresses.

Using the right products can go a long way in creating a great hair style.

Harry Josh works as a stylist to stars like Gisele Bundchen and Ellen Pompeo.

He is also John Frieda's Creative Consultant.

He says you can win the fight against frizz and take hair from frizzy to straight in a matter of minutes with these three easy steps:

Tip #1: You don't have to blow out your entire head of hair.

Just focus on the parts that are visible (the crown and the sides) and hide the frizzy hair with smooth, sleek hair.

Tip #2: Use a smoothing cream.

This will calm the frizz down and make hair easier to blow out. Harry can't live without John Frieda's Frizz-Ease Secret Weapon ($6).

Tip #3: Use a big round brush with natural bristles and point the dryer down as you go.

This will help prevent further breakage that leads to more frizz.
