PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Suns have exercised the second-year team option on the contract of forward Louis Amundson.
Amundson appeared in a career-high 76 games, including the final 61.
The 6-9, 238-pound Amundson averaged 4.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 13.7 minutes last season and posted six double-digit scoring efforts after entering the season with a career-best of eight points.
Amundson was signed by the Suns last Aug. 14.
