PHOENIX -- Diamondbacks right handed pitcher, Dan Haren and outfielder Justin Upton have been selected to play in the 2009 MLB All-Star game in St Louis.

Haren leads the National League with a 2.19 Earned Run Average, sitting with 7 wins and 5 losses so far this season.

Upton, the D'backs right fielder, is currently tied with Felipe Lopez with the team's best batting average at .301.

While Upton is listed as a reserve, Haren could still get the starting nod for the July 14th game at Busch Stadium in St. Louis.
