Look, I'm not going to lie, I've been upset with the Suns ever since Mike D'Antoni left last summer and the Terry Porter hiring was just piling on one bad decision after another!
When Kerr finally admitted his mistake in February and fired Porter, he actually did the right thing! And then he made another good decision by making Alvin Gentry the interim head coach.
And don't look now, but he's making another good decision by removing the interim tag and handing the reigns to Gentry.
That's three good decisions in a row for Steve Kerr ... that's awesome!
So again, congrats to Alvin Gentry, he clearly deserves the job!
In fact, he knows this team better than anyone, and he's going to keep them running and gunning, which is exactly what this team was built to do.
And yes, they are getting older by the minute, but that's still what this team does best. Lord knows, they can't play defense!
