Shula's 24 ounce Porterhouse
Ingredients
1 - 24 oz Premium Black Angus Shula Cut Porterhouse
1 1/4 tsp Seasoning of choice
1 large sprig Fresh Watercress
Preparation1. Season both sides of Porterhouse
2. Place on Grill
3. Remove Porterhouse from grill and place in oven
4. Allow Porterhouse to cook until just under desired temperature
5. Let Porterhouse rest on a cooling rack on top of a sheet pan
6. When picking up Porterhouse, place under infrared broiler for 1 minute
7. Place Porterhouse on warm plate and garnish with watercress
8. Brush Porterhouse lightly with whole butter
