FOUNTAIN HILLS, AZ -- Join more than 200,000 visitors to discover the fine art, music and food of the 35th Annual Fountain Festival of Arts and Crafts, right in the Valley of the Sun. This spectacular event is created by the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce and will take place November 13 - 15, from 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Incredible views and natural terrain provide the perfect atmosphere to view the artwork of over 500 world-class artists. Visitors can do their holiday shopping while listening to the captivating sounds of talented musicians and enjoying the variety of exquisite food.
For three days, Avenue of the Fountains will be energized with an array of paintings, sculptures, photography, and unique crafts. Artists will be available to discuss their work and inspirations. In addition, festival goers will have the opportunity to add the creative pieces to their own collection.
Musical entertainment will be provided by Mediterranean musicians Sahnas Brothers, as well as the folk inspired group Andean Nation.
"Hosting an event that encompasses some of the best artists America has to offer is an honor for us," notes Sharon Morgan, Event Producer for the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, host of the event. "This special event can be described as an exploration of the nature of artistry, embracing every avenue that creativity has to offer."
With its scenic views and quaint, small-town appeal, Fountain Hills is home to some of the valley's most interesting and architecturally-appealing elite homes. "Every year, thousands of visitors come from all over the nation to experience the many wonders that Fountain Hills is known for," said Morgan. The official sponsor of the Fountain Festival of Arts and Crafts is Fort McDowell Casino, the oldest casino in the state home to slot machines, poker, keno, and bingo.
