PRO EM is a one stop shop for events. We provide full-service management, party and equipment rentals and event personnel. PRO EM facilitates a wide range of events, such as tournaments for several hundred thousand people; construction and industrial sites; and intimate backyard weddings.
PRO EM is people. We recruit, train and manage event personnel such as security, valet, parking attendants, ushers and ticket takers. We have nearly 1,000 event Associates who are trained to provide excellent service and work as an extension of various venues and our clients.
Our large equipment inventory includes generators, fencing, porta-johns, water trucks, fuel and light towers that we provide to our construction and major events customers-anytime and every time. PRO EM service capabilities include sound, lighting, A/V and an in-house design and production center we use to create signage, banners and monogrammed items-there are so many things we can do to create a personalized experience for our customers.
But what is most spectacular about PRO EM is our All Occasions division. We have an elegant collection of quality tabletop items such as china, flatware, glassware, dance floor, tents, tables and chairs and produce a lot of fabulous weddings.
With PRO EM you can work with one person and get everything you need. We work directly with wedding planners, brides, grooms, event pro's, people looking to rent a few tables and chairs or someone looking to host several hundred family members in their backyard for a get together. We have a specialized inventory of catering equipment and are a great resource for catering companies, resort kitchens and people who need a chafer or champagne fountain or Big John grill.
Our customers are brides who want to plan the wedding they have always dreamed about and want to double check every detail. They are newlyweds who are determined to have everyone to their new home for holiday dinner but don't have enough dishes or forks or glasses to successfully feed everyone. They are the adult kids who are celebrating their parents' 50th wedding anniversary and want to make sure Grandma not only has shade, but an air conditioned tent. And a dance floor she can break dance on.
If you need to rent a few items, you can pick them up from our warehouse or we can deliver them to your home and set it up for you. If you need to transform your backyard into your wedding venue and you aren't sure how to accomplish that, we will meet you there, measure it up, invite you to visit our design center to pick out dishes or linens you want. We will put it all together for you. If you need a tent, additional restrooms or extra power, we make sure they will work where you want and make sure you are in compliance with permitting and safety standards.
PRO EM is there for set-up to make sure it works and it's right. We are on-site or nearby during the event in case you need anything else or need help, and we are there to take it all away once you are finished.
