My next door neighbors just drove away from their home that they paid near $300K for less than two years ago. They have another home they are living in - as well as a business - and when they drove away, they did so in a Mercedes Benz convertible. I've been taking care of their front yard landscaping for three months now because they knew they'd be leaving and didn't 'take care of business', leaving the home to become a blight in our neighborhood. These are the folks I'd like to see prosecuted.

I don't know how people look at themselves in the mirror. Everyone here seems to think that it only hurts the banks, but what about the people left in the neighborhood that have ethics. It hurts them too. And when you put the banks out of business, there goes jobs....what a terrible thing.

The health insurance and Car insurance is only mandatory if you are a Legal US citizen. Remember our rates are high because of all the ILLEGALS that are driving wreckless, wasting gas on the BIG SUVS they have to have for the 10 anchor babies and using our Emergency rooms as Primary health care providers!!!!

What these banks do isnt fraud? Overdraft schemes arent fraudulent? The tax payer in this country is an idiot. These banks dont have any real money in your home, they will lose nothing in the long run they will profit beyond your wildest imaginings. The only thing thats real is the investment of your life that is going out the window.Putting more americans at the risk,of never getting a home payed for.I have to sell mine now and im 40 im gonna be paying for the rest of my life. But im not doing it ill move to a small town somewhere buy a cheap lot and put a trailer on it.ILL never borrow another effen penny again from the people that cleaned out the treasury.AND THE WEALTHY WANT MORE AGIN THEY WANT MANDATORY HEALTH INSURANCE TO GO ALONG WITH MY MANDATORY CAR INSURANCE.. had enough yet america.

You can also add this new Obama/Fed program that requires/encourages people to be behind in their mortgage and upside down on their equity. Then you can qualify for a 2% loan thus reducing your payments. Too many free rides and we the tax payer are left holding the bag.

AMEN LOKI22 they could simply let people stay in their homes til arizona lets some more jobs come back. But nothing will get done about til americans take their monies away from the rich. After this is all over there is only going to be a few banks left standing you dont really see them saving the little banks its just the too big too fail ones whatever that really means. They dont do anything about the border because the end plan is to open the borders and form us into the north american union.

Oh yeah after these banks have ripped us off, my life missison iS theft and deciet.I am an honest person, honest people finish last. The banks cleaned out the treasury, but thats ok.The govt doesnt do shAt about illegals.Thats ok,but dont you dare miss a payment to the bank they have the credit bureau to force you to pay.We dont even know who got bailout money.ONLY IN AMERICA. SCAMS,SCAMS,SCAMS,

TUX 09 - 10/15/2009 10:59 AM
Loki22 you're right. But until the american public is willing to stand up, the banks and the government will stick it too us. You don't see any of them struggling to make ends meet!

How can you support this activity? Where is the concept of personal ethics? We made the deals, we signed the contracts, now be accountable. It doesn't matter that banks and government has no ethics. If, we do not meet our accepted responsibility we are no better than them.
