Pet of the Week
for May 8, 2008

Sasha

This is Sasha, a three year old German Shepard mix, who was surrendered to the Arizona Humane Society because her family had to move.

She is friendly, easygoing, and very enthusiastic about playing fetch; and when you get home, be ready to enjoy a show full of spins and running-in-circles, because that is exactly what she will do when you come home from work. But despite how much energy she will display when she sees you, she will need to be adopted by a family who doesn’t have a whole lot going on in their lives. She enjoys the company of kids 12 years and older, and also spending time with cats, however, we are unsure about dogs.

Sasha’s adoption fee is $50, and that includes her spay surgery, first vaccinations, free follow up veterinary exam, identification tag, a leash, and a collar.

She is available for adoption now at the AHS Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion, located at 1521 W. Dobbins Road, Phoenix.

*This pet may have already been adopted by the time you visit the shelter, but the AHS has dozens more wonderful, adoptable animals who also need homes. To see adoptable animals now, visit www.azhumane.org/Adopt a pet/View our Adoptable Pets.
