Weather conditions favorable for N. Arizona prescribed fire

Coconino National Forest, AZ -- You may be seeing some smoke lingering in the air just outside of Flagstaff on Wednesday.

Coconino National Forest officials said Wednesday morning the weather looks to be favorable to ignite prescribed burns.

The areas targeted include:

- Northeast of Hwy 180
- E of Snowbowl Road
- S of Freidlein Prairie Road

Officials reminded residents smoke will likely be noticeable in the Hwy 180 and Baderville areas overnight.
