I could not believe this guy Obama when i first saw and heard about him, he was my worst nightmare. But, of course if Oprah said he was the goldenboy, then openly campaigned for him, admiting socializing with him for over 10 yrs, why would anyone doubt his and her credibility and allegiance to our country? No I did not vote for Obama. My frustration is the fact that consumer confidence is horrible right now and everyone is trying to fix it. If the mortgage banks would work with us who do pay our bills as we agreed (don't reduce the balance, but give us the going the rate for today) we could spend that money in other places. The issue is unless you are behind no one wants to, you are not a risk to them. They will instruct you to refinance with a lender for the going market rate. We would, but then we are stuck because of the declining values and strict credit guidelines for a declining value State. So there is no way to take advantage of the current rates and free up money monthly. We are not asking for a hand out nor on any assistance of any kind. We are just frustrated because everyone wants to help the people who aren't paying or are walking away, but what about us who are holding up our end of the agreement. In the end it appears we are the one's who are being punished. All of the plans are set to help very few people. Each program is almost impossible to obtain for one reason or another. If they did get the lenders on board to help us who are sticking this out imagine we might have the idea to spend money a little more instead of sticking the money in the mattress.

Obama will go down as the greatest scammer in US history. He still has not produced a birth certificate. I am sure many people that voted for him are getting mad by now, On average, more that half a million people per month have lost jobs since he became the president. He is a fraud?
