So this guy told his girlfriend that he had killed someone and how he disposed of the body - and she didn't go to the authorities with that information? She's almost as big a POS as he is and needs to be prosecuted.

I wonder if this was one that ICE refused to charge, and send back to that third world country. I am beginning to think that they only have felons slinking across. Step it up Joe no telling how many lives you have saved already.

You wanna know the victim and why he was in AZ? Here, look at who the SOB killed: http://www.sheboyganpress.com/article/20091105/SHE0101/911050437&referrer=FRONTPAGECAROUSEL So Sad, this breaks my heart!

For us to hear of this our heart aches for the family. Pauly was a very nice young man, he wouldn't have hurt anyone. This is such a senseless crime, I lay awake asking WHY??? Pauly went to school with my son and Pauly grew up next door to my husbands parents, Pauly and his family are the nicest people you could ever ask to meet. I just can't imagine what they are going through and will have to continue going through. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kapitz family.

Paul was a good, responsible, hard-working young man trying to build a future for himself. This is a horrific crime and completely senseless. It could happen to anyone, anytime, and we should all be very afraid. Don't answer the door and don't ever be alone. What a scary country we live in. My prayers go out to Paul's family. Reporters: Please stop idolizing the murderer posting his picture. He will never be seen again (except in prison/electric chair). Maybe post a picture of Paul (before this) so we can all see what a nice, normal, innocent, young man he was, and who the SOB murderer took the life of. This is so sad. My heart just aches for him and his surviving family. Godspeed.

Paul was a good, responsible, hardworking young man trying to build a future for himself. This is a horrific crime and people should know exactly how senseless this was. With sickos like the murderer out there, no one is safe. I see this happens almost daily out there in AZ. My, how it's changed. The reporting stinks too. Show us a picture of the young victim (before this) and stop making us look at the SOB murderer. The murderer will never be seen again. Let us remember what he did & to whom.

oh my god.... paul never hurt anyone.. he was one of the best people i ever met... he just wanted to get out of arizona. i hope that sanchez piece of crap rots in prison.. this is surreal to me right now. I'll be praying for paul's family. I'm so sorry that this happened to him.

by the way - many thanks to his family and EX girfriend for their honesty and what must be a painful admission that this POS is one of them. Bless you and know that you have done what so many of us may not be able to. it took alot from you and we appreciate it.

i don't know - based on what his family is saying you know - that he did it, i'm not sure WHO the killer is. i think they need to investigate a little more. just because he addmitted it, doesn't mean anything to the courts. they don't seem to like it when people admit murder. it confuses them. and where is the ACLU to get this guy off? not doing your job ACLU - get on it. a murderer may have to go to prison if you don't get your butts in gear.
