Kalshnicovdude-would she awarded the K-Medal if she would of shot him? This BOY is a slimeball thats lived off the system all his life. His poor little two Y.O. drowned in the bathtub a couple years back but it didn't change this boys lifestyle. Crackhead.

Now thats what Im talking about! If more Americans just had this womans attitude,we would be fine here. This lady gets the Kalashnicovdude Award for great citizens!$2.50 and that will get her a plain cup of coffe at Starbucks, but seriously thats cool.

A 62 year old with an attitude! Good for her, she should get some kind of recognition from the department for her bravery, and cool head. I think he would kept running, and wouldn't of had the "cajonas" to do anything else. I'm sure she could of taken him easily if she could of gotten her hands on this scum. He's a sneaky common thief, glad he was caught, and it was a long time coming it sounds like. You are right cactusjumper, this guy is a cockroach, hopefully he'll find his time behind bars enjoyable, and bond with the others of his kind.

This cockroach lived in my neighborhood years back. He stole anything that would get him drugs. He stole tools from me and he learned not to do it again to me when he was "disiplined". He moved soon after that. Some 'mugger' hit him in the dome with a hard object when he was out lerking again for something to steal, thats why he has a skid mark on the top of his dome.

Another older warrior that deserves our respect, maybe all is not lost if we have these brave folks to look to.

Go granny go! I'm proud of this 62 year old woman who took matters into her own hands. However, I'm sure the police officers told her it really wasn't a good idea to do that and she should really let the PD handle it. I do see her point though, waiting for the police to arrive would have only resulted in the suspect getting away. Her actions took brains, guts and nerve - some people never get that brave. Hooray for her!

i agree with all of you EXCEPT asugal, you can rely on law enforcement...she should have run him down with her truck...

ASUgal - 7/2/2009 4:36 PM
Good for this woman. You can't reply on law enforcenemt anymore to do their job. They've almost all been replaced by cameras now.

she threw his bike in the back of her truck & went looking for him...she sounds pissed....picked the wrong target....
