GLENDALE, AZ -- Banner Thunderbird Medical Center held a special "blessing of the K9s" Thursday.
As part of the hospital's "Spiritual Care Week," three four-legged friends were blessed by the department's chaplains for their patience, compassion and guidance for visitors, patients and staff at the Glendale hospital.
Rocky, a German Shepard, Tara and Friega, both Belgian Malinios help out the security guards at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.
