BUCKEYE -- DPS officers are investigating the shooting of a photo radar van along Interstate 10 near Buckeye.
A DPS spokesperson said an off-duty deputy with the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office spotted 5 teens in a car driving westbound along I-10 Monday afternoon.
The deputy reported to DPS that the passenger in the front seat was firing what appeared to be a BB gun at signs and photo radar vans.
A car matching the desciption was stopped by DPS units near Verrado Way and Main Street in downtown Verrado.
