Adopting him from Mexico does not make him a US citizen even if the parants are. Looks like the adopted parents didn't do the paper work needed or someone dropped the ball on this one a long time ago. If he's not legal then he needs to go, if he is somehow legal and the paper work is found and it was done right then let him stay. As long as it's done right. We need to get control of this or our whole country will be infected will ilegal immigrants.

Proper paperwork was probably never done, either you are a citizen or not. We don't have the whole story here. I am a legal resident and my husband became a US citizen in 1996, at that time my boys became citizens automatically because they were under 18, my daughter was 19, so it wasn't possible for her, she has to file on her own to become a citizen. Are these parents legal residents or citizens themselves? Doesn't look like we have all the details and any way, if he's not a citizen and he's a criminal we don't want him here.

According to criminal searches dot com, he has several criminal offenses; Drug & Alcohol, 2 Theft/Robbery and 3 traffic...not your model citizen..legal or otherwise!

If the system is so scary then please pass that tidbit along to all of your brown friends and tell them not to bother coming here. In the meantime, deport the illegal son. You want to come to america? Do it the correct way or don't come here at all.

I read the earlier story and all of these have one thing in common,they had trouble with the law.The one guy said he was accused of being in a gang,but the poor nice guy said he left the gang a month before.I cry B.S.!What does this new agency and this scumbags lawyer take me for?Line these taxpayer wasting neer do wells up against a wall and shoot em along with their lawyers!
