Think all couples eventually lose that loving feeling?
Take heart; a new study has found that some couples actually can have a love that lasts a lifetime.
Using brain scans, researchers at Stony Brook University in New York showed couples photographs of their loved ones. They discovered nearly 10 percent of couples responded with as much passion after 20 years together as most do during the early throes of romance.
Previous research has suggested the first stages of romantic love fades within 15 months, and after 10 years it is completely gone.
