Answer to 7) is b) John Adams and Thomas Jefferson.  By remarkable coincidence, Jefferson and Adams died on the same day, Independence Day in 1826, the 50th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. Adams’ last words were, “Thomas Jefferson still survives,” though Adams in Massachusetts was unaware his old friend and one-time political adversary had died in Virginia a few hours before.

8) Who wrote the words to our national anthem, "The Star Spangled Banner?"

a) Francis Scott Key
b) Irving Berlin
c) Bruce Springsteen
d) Rodgers and Hammerstein
