A Tempe father will spend more than a dozen years in prison after pleading guilty to child abuse in the death of his infant son.
Louis Quinones pleaded guilty Friday to 2 counts of child abuse in the 2-month-old's death a year ago.
At the time of his arrest, investigators said 21-year-old Quinones, shook his son approximately five times Saturday morning so hard the child stopped moving.
Quinones received 17 years on the first count and lifetime probation on the second.
