How ironic that Josh would be a victim of a stabbing. In 1999 Josh pulled a knife at a party in Scottsdale. The victim got 9 staples in his head. Josh Kolsrud is a sorry piece of garbage. Not saying what happened was right, but sorry dude what goes around comes around! PUNK!

Sorit... I think you the one that should've gotten stabbed. Have you ever been a victim? Most likely not... if you do, I hope you get this prosecutor on your side, so he can let the defendant walk scott free...is that what you want. This person had their life changed, drastically because of some jack a$$. It doesn't make it right for the defendant to have walked away, while the victim had his arm nearly severed off. And yes, he is serving his time, because of his actions, not because of the victim. Pppl like this deserve to be behind bars and ppl like Kolsurd, deserve justice.

Sortit You have no idea what you are talking about. Josh is a family member of mine and is trying to do something good for a community that needs it. He was victim and has had his ENTIRE life changed by this ordeal. If he can prosecute people like the one who stabbed him and put them away for life GOOD. Small and petty life experiances...YOU have NO idea what Josh's life experiances are so you have NO grounds for even mentioning them. And his "own sense of right and wrong" are the freaken laws dude he isn't the judge he doesn't make the laws. Lynch the guy...yes I would have liked to. Sounds like you have never had anything of this nature happen to you or anyone close to you, that or you are just an insensitive prik. Grow up.

sortit, take some anger pills. You sure read a whole lot of specualtion about the man from a very short news story. Where do you get this stuff? Or are they hallucinations?

More power to him. It's about time we have a few prosecuters that know what it's like to be the victim. Heaven forbid a criminal should do a reasonable amount of time instead of plea bargaining to lesser charges. Remember a plea bargain needs both sides to agree.

Sounds good to me. We need tougher judges, & procecutors. The people need to be protected from a**holes like that. Not let out in 2 years to just go do it to someone else. Sortit, I guess this particular POS stabbed the wrong guy huh? Serves him right.

" to help people find justice", huh. it seems more like a revenge trip if you ask me fella. it's fine and dandy to be there when a guy is sentenced for something as egregious as that, but your one of the types that can't let it go. you seem like the type that wants to exact your own sense of right and wrong on anybody that doesn't live up to your small, and petty life expectencies', pal. too bad you couldn't lynch him also, right?
