MESA, AZ – The Mesa Police Department is looking for 25 police officer recruits beginning in November.
Sergeant Ed Wessing with Mesa PD said online applications will be accepted beginning November 2nd at 7 a.m.
These new police officer positions are being funded by the Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) grant from the federal government.
Applications can only be completed electronically by going to the
Mesa PD website.
The closing date for accepting applications will be November 13, 2009.
